Terms of use

1. Who we are

Forma (formalooks.com) is provided by Lari Ventures, LLC ("we", "us"), whose registered office is at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.

By creating an account or using Forma you agree to these terms and to our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use Forma.

2. Who can use Forma

You must be 18 or older. Forma is not for children, and you must not use it where the law does not allow you to.

3. Your account

• You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal: do not share one or create extra accounts to get more free reports.
• Keep your password and your email or Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at ali.lari@auditro.co if you think someone else has used it.
• Give accurate details, and keep your email address current so billing and security emails reach you.

You can delete your Forma data at any time in Settings & privacy. To close the account itself, including its sign-in, email ali.lari@auditro.co from the address on the account. If you have Plus, cancel it first; deleting data does not cancel a subscription.

4. Free and Plus

Free includes two signed-in reports each UTC calendar month, the photo check, measurements, the on-device AI estimate, fair photo comparisons, account history and JSON export. Optional cloud photo guidance is included when it is available.

Plus adds unlimited reports, the editable plan and one-change experiments, guided check-ins with deeper progress reviews, and printable reports. The current list is on Pricing.

5. Plus subscriptions

• Price. Plus costs US$9 a month or US$72 a year. Checkout shows the total, including any tax, before you pay.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews at the end of each month or year and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
• Payment. Stripe processes payments for us. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time in Billing under Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time, and Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Taxes. Prices are in US dollars. The final total, including any tax calculated by checkout, is shown before you pay.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Plus features pause until the payment succeeds. Your records stay readable and exportable.
• Price changes. We will email you before a new price applies to your subscription. It takes effect from a renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• upload only photos of yourself;
• never upload photos of anyone under 18;
• never upload photos of another person, with or without their permission;
• not use Forma to rate, rank, shame or harass anyone;
• not bypass report limits, security checks or payment, or use automated tools to access Forma;
• not break the law or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. What Forma is and is not

• Not medical advice. Forma does not diagnose, treat or assess any medical, dental or psychological condition. Speak to a qualified professional before any treatment or procedure.
• Measurements depend on the photo. Angle, light, lens, expression and landmark positions all change the numbers. Results are estimates, not clinical assessments.
• The AI estimate is subjective. It predicts how a panel of raters might see a front photo. It does not measure beauty, health, personality or worth, and it never counts as progress.
• Illustrative imagery. Pictures on the site show setups and possible styling. They are not customer results or a promise of any outcome.
• No guaranteed results. Suggestions are general, low-risk habits. You decide what to try and are responsible for those choices.

8. Your content

Your photos, notes and records stay yours. Photos are analysed in your browser and are never stored in your account. You let us store and process the records you save, such as report numbers, plans and notes, only to run Forma for you. How we handle data is set out in the Privacy notice.

9. Changes to Forma

We improve Forma over time and may add, change or remove features. The features Plus currently includes are listed on Pricing.

10. Warranties and liability

We work to keep Forma accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim about Forma is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

11. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Forma at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for security reasons or if we stop offering the service. Sections 7, 8 and 10 continue after the agreement ends.

12. Changes to these terms

We will post any update here with a new date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Forma after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you more protection, those rights still apply.
