A good report starts with a repeatable photo. If something fails, your saved records stay put.

Before you take a photo
Face the camera with a neutral expression and even light, hair off your face. For check-ins, reuse the same camera, distance and light.
If the photo check flags something
Follow the fix it names and retake. You can move misplaced landmarks before you calculate. Corrections and failed attempts do not use another report.
If cloud guidance is unavailable
Your local report still works. Cloud photo guidance appears when it is configured.
If you reach the free limit
Your history and comparisons stay available. The count resets at the start of the next UTC month, or you can choose Plus in Billing.

Account or billing help

Billing shows your plan. Settings in the workspace holds export, import and deletion. Never send photos or payment details in a support message.
