Please never email photos, passwords or card details. We do not need them, and photos are not stored anywhere support could see them.
Common requests
- Cancel or change Plus: do it yourself any time in Plan & billing under Manage subscription.
- Export or delete your data: use Settings & privacy in the workspace.
- Close your account completely: email us from the account's address and ask us to close it.
- Privacy questions or rights requests: email us; see Privacy for what we hold.
- Photo or measurement problems: Help covers retakes, landmarks and limits.
